It is 13 years since the treble ringer took part in a peal
Rung as a compliment to Mr Alfred Shuker, who has been a ringer at Shifnal for 50 years, also Parish Clerk for a number of years.
The band were afterwards entertained to an excellent repast at the Star Hotel by Mr W A Shuker (son).
